Under the open sky on the terrace or in the Maures lounge, the owners offer you, by reservation, a table d’hôtes in the evening facing the sunset. The promise of a luxurious moment suspended on the roof of the Saint-Tropez peninsula.
From breakfast to dinner, the owners select the quintessence of seasonal and local products in collaboration with Cyril Lignac’s pâtisserie shop for pastries, Loïc De Saleneuve, poet goatherd and earth magician in Collobrières (see video), the Jardin des Myrtes in Plan de la Tour, the Jardin de la Piboule “Eat me I’m delicious” and Marcel & Fils in Cogolin.
For the gourmets, and on order only, we offer you the desserts of Cyril Lignac of the Pâtisserie Tropézienne in Saint-Tropez.
Elisabeth Vaillé, granddaughter of a winegrower, and Philippe Roux offer you the wines they love through a very personal menu to accompany your aperitif and dinner while the sun gently sets over the Maures massif and the Golden Islands, creating a different show every evening. Conviviality and confidentiality assured.
*The Salon des Maures and the terrace, accessible by stairs, are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house.
*Dinner only for our guests and on reservation minimum 24 hours in advance.
*Picnic basket can be ordered 48 hours in advance.
*La Gassinière is also there to advise you on the best restaurants, beaches and activities in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
