Booking conditions
A booking will only become firm and definitive after the total amount of the stay has been paid by credit card.
Payment for dinners and extras must be made on site on the day.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation 15 days before the date of arrival, the full value of the stay will be refunded. In the event of a cancellation between 15 days and 7 days before the planned date of arrival, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be retained.
In the event of a cancellation of the booking less than 7 days before the scheduled date of arrival, 100% of the total value of the stay will be retained without the possibility of a refund.
In the event of an early departure, the full amount of the stay will be retained with no possibility of a refund.
All cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed in writing by our bookings department.
By giving your bank details directly online, you give your authorisation to the deduction of the total amount of the stay for the reservation, but also in the event of a cancellation or No-Show.
Arrival & departure
You can arrive from 3pm onwards. Please let us know in the event of a late arrival. On your arrival we’ll welcome you and show you around the house.
Departure time from the house is before 11am.
ATTENTION: the establishment LA GASSINIÈRE is located inside the old village of Gassin in a pedestrian area.
Once you arrive in the village, don’t try to get inside, as the only access is reserved for local residents.
